Strengthening Those Who Shepherd

Healthy churches are built upon faithful, spiritually grounded leaders. SendUsAll invests in the pastors and ministry leaders God has called to shepherd His people through gatherings designed to encourage, equip, and strengthen them.

Throughout the year, approximately 100 pastors and leaders from different churches and communities come together for fellowship, biblical teaching, prayer, and mutual encouragement. Ministry can be demanding and lonely. These gatherings remind faithful servants that they are not alone and that their labor in the Lord is never in vain.

Biblical truth and practical wisdom

Experienced pastors, missionaries, and Christian leaders share Scripture, ministry insights, and personal testimonies. Sessions address prayer, the study of God’s Word, integrity, servant leadership, evangelism, discipleship, family life, and raising future leaders in the local church.

Encouragement for the journey

Many pastors serve communities with limited resources while carrying the responsibilities of preaching, counseling, visitation, discipleship, and outreach. Leadership training offers space for them to be refreshed and reminded that God sees their faithful service.

The gatherings also foster unity across denominations. Leaders build friendships, exchange experiences, and pray for one another’s families, churches, and communities. We ask God to give them wisdom, strength, protection, and renewed passion for ministry.

Stronger leaders, stronger churches

The impact extends far beyond a single day. Encouraged pastors return home with renewed vision and fresh determination to preach the Gospel, disciple believers, and serve their communities. As leaders become spiritually healthier and biblically stronger, their congregations are strengthened as well.

We are grateful for every speaker, partner, volunteer, and local church that supports these gatherings. Together, we are investing in those who faithfully shepherd God’s people throughout Rizal Province.
