In August, SendUsAll Christian Ministries had the privilege of helping organize a major missions conference at the Ynares Center in Antipolo City. The vision was ambitious: to gather 10,000 pastors, ministry leaders, missionaries, and believers for spiritual renewal and renewed commitment to the Great Commission.

Organizing an event of this size required prayer, careful preparation, teamwork, and cooperation among many churches and ministry partners. Venue coordination, church communication, event promotion, registration, transportation, program preparation, ushering, security, and hospitality all had to work together.

From the beginning, we understood that this was more than an event. It was an opportunity to strengthen the Church and awaken a deeper passion for missions throughout Rizal Province.

Preparing for a great gathering

In the weeks leading up to the conference, invitations were shared with churches, pastors, ministry networks, and Christian organizations. Leaders were encouraged to bring members of their congregations who had a heart for evangelism, discipleship, church planting, and cross-cultural missions.

Our target was 10,000 participants. Although we did not know exactly how many people would attend, we continued working and praying in faith. As the day approached, churches confirmed their participation, leaders mobilized their members, and volunteers prepared to receive thousands of guests.

When the conference began, approximately 7,000 pastors and ministry leaders gathered at the Ynares Center. Although attendance did not reach the original target of 10,000, seeing 7,000 Christian workers assembled in one place was an extraordinary testimony of God’s faithfulness.

“Go and make disciples of all nations.” — Matthew 28:19

United for the Great Commission

The atmosphere reflected unity, expectation, and a shared desire to see God’s Kingdom advance. Leaders from different churches, denominations, communities, and ministry backgrounds gathered with one purpose: to be strengthened and mobilized for missions.

The conference reminded everyone that the Great Commission belongs to the whole Church. Missions is not only for a few pastors, evangelists, or missionaries. Every believer has a part to play through praying, giving, going, discipling others, and supporting those whom God sends.

The gathering encouraged leaders to look beyond the walls of their churches and recognize the communities that still need to hear the Gospel. It also challenged churches to raise, train, and send the next generation of missionaries.

A lasting impact in Rizal

The influence extended beyond the event. Approximately 7,000 pastors and ministry leaders returned to their churches carrying renewed vision, encouragement, and responsibility. When a leader is strengthened, an entire congregation can be affected. When a pastor receives fresh vision for missions, that vision can influence hundreds of believers.

The conference strengthened relationships among pastors, missionaries, churches, and Christian organizations. It demonstrated what can happen when leaders put aside differences and cooperate for the advancement of the Gospel.

For SendUsAll, helping organize the gathering was an important expression of our calling. Our ministry is committed not only to conducting outreaches, but also to connecting churches, supporting Christian leaders, promoting missions, and helping organize events that mobilize believers for Kingdom service.

Grateful for every partner

An event of this magnitude could not have succeeded through one organization or individual. It required the faithful service of churches, ministry partners, volunteers, coordinators, prayer supporters, and many people working behind the scenes.

The attendance of 7,000 pastors and ministry leaders was not merely a number. Every participant represented a church, a ministry, a community, and many lives that could be reached through the Gospel.

The mission continues

Our prayer is that the inspiration received during the conference will lead to lasting action: more evangelistic outreaches, stronger discipleship, healthier churches, greater cooperation among ministries, and more believers responding to God’s call to go.

The conference may have ended, but the mission continues. Together, we will keep praying, keep going, keep sending, and keep proclaiming Jesus Christ until every community has heard the Good News.
